OK..Here it is, my second site.

When the splash loads click on the flash page(I had nothing to do with the html page...so please no comments on it)

Anyways, any critique on usability, load time, overall feel or any suggestions on how to make it a lot cooler are welcome.

The font's are way too blurry, I could barely even tell that it said open. granted I am in 1600x1200 resolution. that and the green border (I think it would look better blue) are the only things I don't like. I do like the calendar, did you make that from a tutorial? (if so, where?) I also like the whole image loading thing, well done.

I'm still working on trying to find a font that works for me. It looks decent on my desktop(1280x960) but looks horrible on my laptop(1024x768)...It's for a university ski club and I'm trying to stick with school colors(green and gold) but I'll put the border on the list to experiment with. The calendar is a component I found at http://www.flashcomponents.net/
It is one of the jonasmedia calendars. Really easy to use and customize.

that look a lot better good work, maybe you can center it and add a back ground, but it looks a lot better now :)
