What kind of help are you looking for? Do you have a program to do FTP?
In flash, under publish settings, there is a check box for HTML. It will make an HTML doc with all the propper embed tags. Just cut and paste that section into what ever HTML doc you want it on, or upload that doc itself. Either way, you need to upload the swf file to the same directory where the HTML is.
