Hello,

How do I insert a background image (gif or jpeg) behind my flash text? The Background image covers the flash text.

Flash supports layers, make sure the text layer is above the layer containing the graphic you are using for background.

Flash Uses Layers Your First Layer Should Be The Background Image.
If You Do not create the Background in Flash Through
Symbols (Graphic, Movie, Button etc.
You Either Import It in To The Movie 1 Through Import In The File Tab, Select Your Image through import And It Will Come Into Your Library Open Your Library And Drag It Into Your Movie Then Create Text Over The Top Of It
