SQL enviroment

i want to setup a forum for my site,
but the installation required my SQL database Name, SQL Username and SQL password.
Where can i find all this?

well first you have to find out if your host prvides mysql at all (not to mention php)! That should be said in the hosting packages information page or somewhere... and if it does but it's not said where to edit databases then you could contact them and ask.. check out the FAQ or by just a lucky guess :beam:
www.yoursite.sth/phpmyadmin
or
www.yoursite.sth/phpmyadmin/index.php
or sth like that... but I doubt either of them will work... your host might not have phpmyadmin at all so... your best bet is to contact them and ask if it's not asid in the FAQ or anywhere....
