I'm new with Flash 4 and I'm having a hard time creating pop-up menus. Do you guys know where can I find tutorials on this, or can you help me how to do it. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

I've been in flash 5.0 for too long I think. I have been re-examining my flash 4 bible though so that I can answer questions like this. It's changed a lot.
