Help Using Text Layers and Saving Files script

Hello everyone.
I am newbie in this forum and would need your help to know if the script I downloaded does not work because my Photoshop CS is in Spanish.
and if you may have to change for me to work.

I wrote the tutorial eons ago. Photoshop language doesn't have to do anything with it I think, but this was for an old version of photoshop, the scripting language has since then evolved a bit, I think you need to use NewDocumentMode instead of DocumentMode or something like that.
