My first advice is to add a pre-loader to the site. My second is to remove the copyright text from the bottom of the site and put it somewhere in your flash movie. I'm guessing your loading external swf's into a container if so put a pre-loader on the external swf's as well so the user knows that something is loading when they click on a button instead of waiting 20 seconds and seeing a box appear from no where. Apart from that the graphics look nice.

Thank you all very much, I have taken your constructive criticism, and fixed up my site a bit. The only thing that I noticed is that when I press a button to get into a section of my site, it takes a minute for the pre- loader to show up. The movies that are loading are external, and are loaded on top of layer 0 through a dynamically created empty mc. Is there some way to remedy this time lag?
Thanks again for all you help.

hmm..... if the intial frame of the preloader is too large it might take a sec for that to load to start the preloader up. i know on my site the preloader has a pretty big pic in the bg and that takes a sec to load.

i didnt notice any of the delays you were talking about.

as for the site, its seems a little too empty. too much negative space.

the vertical text in the middle of the page? seems likes the page is off balanced with the links on one side of the "divider" and the eye thingy in the corner.
i dont like how the buttons are scattered. i also dont like the cursive fancy font, but thats just me. i think you might have too many fonts, between the arial, italisized arial, fancy font, button font, and the wide spaced font. im not crazy about how you have to close a window to go back to the navigation. i dunno, that seems wierd to me. custom scrollers would be nice, and maybe up the fps.

oh, and on high resolutions you see a lot of bg and the gray doesnt seem to suit it well.

sorry if that seems like a mouthful. however, if you condense the site a little or add more to the main page it will go a long way i think. good start though, and youve got the right idea with loading external swf's

I think that I could make the page a little smaller. I made it that big 'cause the photo I had was big, but I think you are right about there being too much space. Thanks for your comments, I am going to try to make some scrollers!
