Do you ever get that withdrawal feeling when you cannot use a computer? I am rendering some heavy stuff ....so now my computers are tied up for a couple of hours or so and I do not have my laptop. NOW I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH MYSELF. Am I the only one hoo gets like this?

Be careful of what you speak of, when you speak of things you are doing to yourself there Nathan...
sometimes it is best to be withdrawn...
wait, that came out wrong...
now cut that out!

i remember rendering particles with lightwave one time, man that beep drove me insane!!! I couldnt make up my mind if i should stop the render and turn off the beep or just keep it going because it was just a little less than half completed before it got to me.

actually I am a light sleeper. If I notice that I do not hear beeps I will wake up, so it kinda helps me. Hopefully it will be done by the time I wake up in the morning. I did not know you used lightwave. LW users are a rare breed

used it a few times, that particular time I was testing out this tutorial, Lens flare writing my name in script with fire particles, clouds as well. Pretty cool, took forever to render though.
