Need experienced Flash/PHP to fix a small form problem.

A Flash/PHP person was hired and was payed thousands and the project never worked. I know that someone with experience could fix it in five minutes and I have narrowed it down to being either the Server, Flash (actionscript) or PHP.

I could probably fix it if I had time and more knowledge about php but I don't.


The Problem:
The form is not working, the output in flash is calling the PHP but no email is sent.
