Ya know those game tutorials?

Well... I was really thinking about doing them..

No for real! *lmao*... I will be working on some games myself so I think I'll be writing a tutorial of the one MMORPG I have scheduled while I'm in developement.

But then again.. i think alot of other games should be touched upon as well... So here is my wondering.. Here is a poll.. In approximately 6 days I will be filling the needs of the poll by starting all of the demands.

Tell me which genre you would most likely be interested in. Write an explanation or a more detailed answer in the reply fields then.. :).. This will be a major achievement as I haven't opened flass in a while for programming.. But it shouldn't be too hard.. I hope.. *lmao*

i think u should do a tute on RPGs, and try to make it understandable for those of us who know almost no math. It should focus on like how to do gravity and the collision detections, levels and such
i bought a book about flash game design, but it assumes you know trigonomity, and physics and stuff, and since im only a sophomore in high school, there was no way i could possibly understand it until i have that schooling

Understandable... Trig can be hard in your sophmore year.. I skipped trig and went to calculus.. I was always good at math.. Unfortuinately.. I sucked at English.. *lmao*

yeah, it's the opposite for me, i'm not to great in math (i get a's, but it's not an advanced course), but I'm great in English and History, and Geography and stuff

I started making one back in the day but I got bummed when flash couldnt cope with all I wanted it to do. I always thought about coming back to it for something on a smaller scale but never did ;)

...if I only had the time :sure:

BTW, I have a FPS in the making from the 3D tutorial. I cut it out because it was too big and didnt need to be with all that was already there - I plan on getting it out sooner or later though. ;)
