Hey everyone,

I have started a new website. It's going well, its got visitors, content and a good design (imo). But there's one thing that it lacks, a logo.

So, I come back to the forums but this time not to be bashed on design but to hopefully get a logo!

I am willing to pay $25 to the user with the logo I like the most (via PayPal).

The logo, I want to represent music production in a technological way. (Music Technology I suppose you could call it). I would like it to be sleek and usable in emails, letterheads and of course the website itself. The logos would have to work in both colour, and grayscale.

The website offers tutorials on using DAWs to create music at home, tips on keeping things going and creating a flexible environment and work flow to suit clients and such.

The website is http://vivophonic.com

If you need more, just pm me or email me at hello[at]vivophonic[dot]com.

I would like all designs in PSD format if possible.

Thanks. :mu:
Chris

Logo design alone, without animation, can typically range from $500 - 1.5k.

I was going to say something.

I mean, there are people that do way lower budget work. But 25 dollars.

a client that values work so little is not worth the time of even an initial discussion. Say you do up-sell this cheap client to a normal rate, it'll still be lower than you like and the client will feel 'ripped off', no matter how good of a job was done. Typically, these clients never pay in the end.

Only first timers fall for this sort of trap. Only scammers post these ads.

I am flattered that you call me a scammer. I appreciate it, seriously.

About as much as I appreciate you offering to pay $25 for a >1k job. So kind of you.

I'm not the first, and I certainly know I'm not going to be the last. Deal with it.

Chris, I have work for you. I'd like you to do the voices in my next production. Should take about a week of your time. I'm sure you'll be excited to know that I am offering a whole $25 as compensation. I am sure you'll be excited to accept the project and begin immediately. Of course, I will only be paying out the $25 if I am happy with your work, and after we're finished recording.

Get the point yet?

I got the point in the first post you made. But thanks for taking the time to persist in explaining it, further more wasting your own time.
