wow... 300-500, my bureau charges that for me, for 2-3 hours... doing a site like that properly would take at least a week for 1 person. And in my opinion, it's a quite bad site... Hence I don't understand why you want a duplicate of it? Paying someone in crumbs, literally will give you nothing in return that crumbs.

What i'm trying to say is, you will never get that site for 300$, also, those who would be able to do it wouldn't touch it for that price.
