Hello,

I'd like to create a Newsletter or a forum where users can login and post a message or a subject of discussion on the web site. It's kind of like this Forum. Do u know how to do that or is there any service out there that can provide the service? Thanks

you'll need PHP and MySQL, or at least some sort of server-side scripting laguage at least.

phpbb is prob your best bet, if you don't want to develop it yourself. if not you can simply create a "blog" by writing and recieving information from a textfile.
