Hello.
Does anybody know how to create the bacground and shading effects like in http://www.swanyhunting.com
Notice how the bottom (green part) stretches no matter the resolution, and also the shading effect on the sides.
Any suggestions are much appreciated.

that could be achieved with a rather large bgrd image. But chances are it is done with a table stretched 100% with a table cell that set to 100% and that cell is part of a table that the height is set to 100%
is that machine like shadowy interface the rage now??

If you don't mind me asking, how did you get the textured background effect on the front interface? It looks great, with the groved texture... I'm curious how you were able to animate over the top of it, while keeping the textured effect so smoothly. :toad:

it is called a 1px smear. Use your one pixel selection tool. make it a pattern (edit>define pattern) then make a select box where ever you want this to appear make a new layer then fill the selectio on the new layer with your pattern. Now as far as the stretching you are going to have to slice up your image and use some html table knowledge and set a table to 100% and a few td's to 100%. Look up table stretching on this forum using the search button at the top. I have answered this question many many many times.
