How did Newtek do their tutorials?

Click on one of their video tutorials. It is in Flash, and it loads pretty quick on even dial up. How did they do this, and what program did they use?:)

there is actually a bunch of tools like this but I do recommend qarbon.....I have been using them for a ehile and they are very dedicated to their product. And tech support is good.

A possibly cheaper route would be a program called ScreenFlash
It is like 80 bucks... I use it alot
