Dear Kirupa readers,

pLotdev.com is looking for some new design talent to build an ongoing relationship. If you think you're good, you have at least 4 years experience in new media respond asap. Some experience with after effects and mainstream 3d apps are considered a plus.

Please respond with some links to rock solid design work and a brief bio.

My name is Rich Knepprath and I own a small graphics studio in Austin, Texas. I have over eight years of applied graphics experience and over six years of multimedia devlopment experience. I am highly skilled in the most up-to-date design and development software as well as the traditional methods of artistry. (i.e. illustration, layout, typography, color method)

Of course, I have about 10 minutes of AE experience and am a minor, which may be minor setbacks. :)

sounds stupid but can i like take part and help as a trainee? i need something to work with and on to motivate me otherwise i am lazy :/

theres no point me writing an essay if he justs want full stop no trainee's :)

i'll porb still write the essay though :) and be serious may be tricky!
