Footer battle anyone?

Well I'm only back now and was wondering anyone want a battle. You have to make a footer it has to be within the dimensions Kirupa allows it has to be human related. I will leave this thread open for a week coz I'm not here until then. The theme is anything human creation related. Only one per person. Mine is in my footer.

Even if you'd make a battle on human-related footers, you'd have to make another than the one you have now ... Since you already have a footer with dna in it (human-related), you'd have to do nothing for this battle. Seems only fair to me.

it hasn't been stated what pograms you could use and plus a footer in general can be made from nearly any program.

so if this contest goes through you would have your choice of programs some you know how to use others you don't

So where is this going anyway?

Heres how I see it.

1) Either Flash or Photoshop. Yes, its hard to compare those made with Flash and those without. You have static design versus animation/interactivity/design. Its hard to compare - just one or the other.

2) Person related or not, there needs to be a topic. "Free-style" doesn't work so well because it has no direction. That can be reserved for Kirupa-based footer contests (see related forum (http://www.kirupaforum.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=28)). Battles are based on some theme, even if very general, to get everyone in the same direction and to have a basis on which entries are judged. If the battle is on Monkeys and you make a cup, no matter how good that cup is, it shouldnt win because its not a monkey, its a cup (though since voting can go either way since its an open poll). Plus some people need somewhere to start. Its easy to have designers-block if you have absolutely no direction.

3) And as footers, they should follow Kirupa standards:

I could probably use a better footer. I agree that it would be hard to judge a PS vs Flash, it should probably be one or the other. theme... Living thing? that involves people and leaves it open to a wide variety of things (Plants, animals, etc.)

I would participte in both, a flash or a photoshop battle,
but I prefer ps (good for learning ps)

well this is not very related, maybe: atoms building a complex structure, the previous step to DNA, it doesn't sound very bad...

The previous step to DNA is a phosphate group, a pentose sugar and an organic base, I think.

I like AS better. You can't make games in photoshop.

The footer doesn't mean that.
Anyway those: pentose sugar and the organic base is what I meant with complex structure, they didn't appear in the Big Bang as elements (to be accurate, neither the elements appeared then, what existed in that fist moment was 'plasma').
To build something like pentose sugar, first there had to be some failed attempts putting attoms together
