Looks cool but i'm having trouble figuring out how to actually play. It keeps going to the map editor. Is there a pre-made level I can just play?

Very nice one. I spent 2 days checking out Isometric engines in flash, yours is the best. I have little problems anyway. Such as no documentation, or somthing, how can I make a game from it (such as the xml files so undocumented).

But well it's looks good! I try to check ot the as files to, and make some type of MMO with it. I'm a server/client and database programmer, and I'm really horrible in graphics. :D

Actually I'm started working on my own engine just because the undocumentation.

Hi,
I am really sorry for that my engine is really messy and totally undocumented but i am currently working on that. I let you know as soon as it the doc is ready and the engine easily usable.

Depending on which link you chose you will have either the IsoEngine or The IsoEditor. When you are selecting the IoEngine link it is up to you to add a player and move it on the map. I am working on a real demo right now where you can move a player et check the features of the engine. The game is called Kawaii Fight and his realised in collaboration with BladeSquad
Check this out here (http://angelstreetv2.free.fr/as3/IsoEngine_BladeSquad/)it is really impressive :red:.
(Slow to load the first time)

That's an understatement :) It annoyed the hell out of me that it would take a good 7 seconds to actually show it was loading something. Not only the introduction, but the actual map as well. Now I use Firefox which states that it's waiting on data, but Internet Explorer will say that the page is ready. Be prepared to lose a lot of players, if you don't tell them something actually is happening.

Looking forward to the end result.

You are definitely right. This problem is solved in the new release.
Also I finally decided to create a community around IsoEngine. The new name of the project is FlashGameMaker.
Check the blog here (http://flashgamemakeras3.blogspot.com/)everything is explained, also the group here (http://groups.google.com.au/group/flashgamemaker).
