I'm sure this is probably an easy one if you know maths :)
Say I have a rectangle, and I know the coordinates of each vertice on the the rectangle. I want to apply a rotation to that rectangle...how can i get the coordinates for the vertices after applying a rotation? & what if I want to rotate the shape not from the exact center of the shape but off to the side (the equivalent of moving a MovieClip's registration point from the center to anywhere else)?
