Resize Dinamically! Help!

Hi all! I saw this web site

and I would like, if anyone know, to learn how can I make that kind of resizing when I click on a section.. the borders automatically resize to the position of the content. Is it made with php?
any tutorial about this?

well you could use shape tweens, only do it in AS with ease, you'll get the same effect

Pretty easy using actionscript. Here's an example file, senocular has a similar file on his site. Senocular's one navigation is on the top left like here, mine is on the bottom left.
