looking for flash cartoon animator

Hey guys,
I have a little project to transfer Educational audio conversations into cartoon clips. The total number of conversations is 24 subject to increase to 48. The conversation is between only two characters and intended to show the learner how English is spoken in real context. The audio clips are already recorded by native speakers and ready to work with. All you have to do is to design the cartoon clips according to the audio conversation. Each of these conversations is between 1-2 minutes long.
