tow question please including file attached

i have 2 questions

1-drop down menu like www.estudio.com
i did the menu but the broplem is when i rollover the mouse to the menu it will drop down ,, when i roll out the mouse the munu goes up


what i need is when the menu drop down it will stiddy untill i press the button then it will go up

second question is

i did a preloader like also www.estudio.com

consist of 5 circles each cirlce will light after 20% of loading
ok
i create a circle the function of this circle is to move along the circle and when it reach the circle no 1 it will be in the center

the question is

HOW CAN I LET THIS CIRLCE TO MOVE
