I want know all the difference between flash as3.0 and flash as2.0. If anybody knows will help me...

Why? Actionscript 2.0 hasn't been used for like 4 years now. It lacked strong typing and the virtual machine for it was slower. It's more useful to compare Flash versions though in that respect. Like comparing Flash 8 to Flash 10.
