Things I like about it: that floating red thing (although I think you should make it more dynamic, as opposed to just a looping movie clip.)

Things I don't like about it: I don't like those buttons, something about them rubs me the wrong way (the font probably.) I think you shold possibly try to "confine" the swf, maybe add some sort of border and then change the background to an offwhite sort of.... but maybe just a border would do. I'm no designer and I just started college, so take that for what its worth I guess.

First and foremost no matter what anyone says stay creative...

1. What I see first I don't like being asked about the flash plugin nor would your readers script it.

2. Why did you create it at 1024x768 the average screen res is 800x600 know your audience.

3. Your buttons don't work are they supposed too.

4. What is the purpose of this site, It has no story. I can only tell by the buttons that it might be someone who creates websites and I would'nt advertise your services just yet.

You asked I told! Thats why the Military has the don't ask don't tell policy people don't like to here the truth. :)

I think is Photoshop, cool site the red thing is very cool nice and clean but i didn't like the rollover of your buttons kinda wierd :hair:
but everything else seems fine.
