Palm Pilot Question [Archive]

I work for an engineering company, and need a new pc for uploading software to a trucks computer.

My question is, can a palm pilot or something like them do the job? The program that it has to run is only about 2meg. Can a palm pilot do it? At the moment i have a P1 laptop that has seen better days and would prefer something a bit smaller as this is all i do with it.

will it be purely for uploading/downloading info? should be ok afaik...

Yes it would purely for uploading software that runs the engine managment systems.. Would prefer a windows based system (CE?)

Anybody know of some good sites that have info and screen shots of CE software?

If it's purely for uploading, I can't think there would be many compatibility issues. I did find this article, don't know how useful it'll be though :)
