Hi,
I have a main swf loads a serveral swf's from the menu
how can i use the main preloader to loads the external swf's ??

Use the main preloader ? Are you sure you don't want each movie to have it's own preloader ? Because usually the main preloader has nothing else on stage along with it ...

i'm already have each swf file with it's own preloader but i have a problem with a delay time about 5 sec. before even the preloader for the swf starts and when it started it's about 30% !!
so alot of people told me to use 1 preloader for all the swf's
any suggestions ??

The preloader that holds still is because there are items exported for actionscript in the first frame. But anyways. This question has been asked a lot before. So do a search and I think you'll find what you need :)
