i like 1, 2 is cool, just not diggin the green

I really like them both, the green is a tiny bit too bright, but the photo is really good. having said that, I like the green when it's used in your logo, I think that looks really cool. will different sections have different colour schemes? can't wait to see the final piece!

definitely make #1 your home page, then perhaps have the coloured ones as sub-sections, I reckon that'd work a treat :thumb:

no, i mean #1 as the home/main page, then make #2 the design for the subsection pages (in different colours). I reckon that'd be brilliant :)

i think that having lots of different colours may start to look a bit too bright, not as sophisticated as you'd want the site to be...

although, if done well it might be ok i guess :P

I like 2. I think it jumps out more.....Just bring some of those colors down into the content with some icons or imagery. That would make a good opening page. Then for the rest keep the theme but naturally make the header smaller and introduce some complimentary colors....my .02. BTW like the logo

that pic in #2 is awesome, perhaps make it like a blue-ish gray and bring it into #1 to replace the city scape. then place the black logo thing on top of that...also

you might be able to make the picture blueish...but the navigation(using one from the first one) green...and then on #1 have some stuff there on the right, like a portfolio advertisement, or a catch phrase...

i like them both, but my mind and eyes are screaming combo

i live the pic on #2, but the design is more simple than #1, maybe try and work a lil in the bottom part of it (#2), like adding some light green bg to the text part, would look cool!
