Hi, my apologies if this isn't the appropriate forum for my question.

What options are available for recording a graphics intensive SWF as a video format such as MOV, MPEG, or others.

I have created an interactive SWF and would like to capture video of it so that I can share it in different formats.

I have used some free screen capture software before, but am not sure it is the best choice since maintaining the frame rate is important.

Worst case scenario, I could just eliminate user interaction and automate the input...

Any ideas?
Thanks!

In my experience, the free screen capture software is quite limited. IF you're on a Mac, I'd recommend screenflick (http://www.araelium.com/screenflick/). I've been pretty happy with it's recording capabilities for the price.

Thanks creatify. I use a PC and don't have admin privileges on the Macs that I have access to. It's promising that screenflick captures video at such a high framerate, though, so I'm sure something exists for the PC.
