to much text on the home page....maybe too much promessing in expressions :) I like the opening, and the shiny effect u have on ur logo header...I would suggest different font for menu and maybe adding a preloader on the site would help.

The effec ton your logo is by far the best thing about your site. Try messing around with rollovers as yours seem very basic. Try designing a logo.
