We released this website a few months ago and I wanted to get some constructive critique (possibly for a complete re-design)

It's nice, transitions are quick and well executed.

The only part I really dislike is that the main menu text shifting on hover. It feels very tacky and out of place.

Tabs under the about section (and service section) need a rollover of some sort.

It slightly feels generic due to the metal border and large use of iconic type 3d content, but it's still nice.

I was very proud of the cycling text but i guess it doesn't fit with the rest.
I'll definitely add roll-over effect for the tabs
