I am looking for someone who knows how to create front end flash web sites with backend CMS for easy updating. PHP, XML, CMS for flash site. Similar to what this person has created http://activeden.net/item/cms-xl-template/67790 (http://activeden.net/item/cms-xl-template/67790) front end flash site with backend Content Management System for image and text updating.

Designs will be created by me and scripting and CMS will be created by you.
