Premiere Capture

I was just thinking designing my movie design forum? eh?.

Well to the point. I am having issues with capturing in Premiere which i got today. I am using a JVC GRD-20ek when i try and capture a movie on my cam it goes all smooth but on the preview window it goes all jerky when recording i mean misses big chunks out, why is it doing this?

I thought it was just a preview problem but when i try and view the saved capture it says frames were dropped and want let me open it. This is really anooying cause i wanna play with lightsabers :(.

Something is causing Premiere to drop frames.

There can be a lot of reasons why. You should probably just do a google search on dropped frames.

Otherwise, check the help section.
What version of Premiere are you using?
