Create a good gif from flash? :/

Im creating a flash animation, so i can export it as a gif and put it on a email and send to my clients.

But when i export to gif format, the colors of the images just loose a lot of quality :/ ...

Can u guys help me, so i can find a good way to make this and then send the animation on the email.

gif files are limited to 256 colors. There are some hacks for true color but without animation.

You could try to export a few frames into another program like photoshop and see if it looks better (I think ps has more options for dithering and colors) or just simplify your graphics so it won't use too many colors.
