personally i dont like that particular style, but u did an excellent job.
why the double buttons? also, the transitions are kinda bland after the initial one. a lot of preloading but since its modular (im assuming) its probably better that way.
what are u feeling uneasy about? it looks great to me

Im uneasy about the content transitions, pretty much what you said, but i cant do much about that really due to speed problems. I spent SO LONG trying to do something but to no avail. Anyway thanks for the feedback all.

certain aspects are really sweet, but then some of the buttons are pretty blah, with fuzzy looking font and poor tweens.
Awesome Job!

I see a major fault, you ripper.
When I saw the preloader I knew I was seeing something I had seen before. That's when it struck me.
Broadband users do this experiment-
Go to www.infiniumlabs.com
Select either of the options and enter the site.
Inside check out the player and click on 2.
See the visual?
Now open VirtualAgency at the same time and carefully look at the preloader. Look same enough?
Wait. If you think im wasting your time and its quite different, how's this, I use SWF Decompiler a lot, and when I saw this site I needed to use it. Both Infinium labs (by Whoswe) and Virtual Agency use the SAME images for that little animation.
Mate what do you have to say?

That's just so nice, I love the look and feel and the opening is really different and I admire that. One thing I didnt like is the fact that you have replicate the navigation, like there are two navs that are the same, I know that you had in mind that if they scrool down user will not see the other nav, but I have i topen on 1024x768 and its very visible....if u do want to have a nav on the bottom it should be either smaller or different then the one above, and also I would change the image everytime they switch in between those 3 buttons :) but really really nice !
peace
