I've had this persistent cramp in my left foot for the past week. My toes go all funky on me, and it hurts like a mother!
I've been drinking plenty of water, and I've even had some bananas. Could it be all the pizza and pasta I've been eating for dinner? Could it be my shoes?! What's goin on?
I hope someone knows a good remedy, cause it's been a real pain in the ..... well ... foot

what kind of shoes are you wearing, and how old are they?

Hugs are nice ... I like hugs :)
I have 3 year old New Balance sneaks that I really don't want to get rid of. I like them too much - they're my warrior shoes! I do have some new K-Swiss sneakers I have yet to wear, maybe it's time for a switch :(

yup...
the arch supports in the NB (made out of EVA foam) are gone...
it's time to give them a nice burial...

Listen to the shoe doctor :)
Hey Rev, is it true that NB are great shoes? I have heard that they are in the upper class of walking shoes...

Hey man, I love my NB sneaks. They're the most comforable thing I've ever put on my feet. Like I said before, I've got K-Swiss next up in line, but I'm a bit skeptical.
Last 2 pairs of shoes I got were NB, and I've loved them.

NB started out as an orthopedic shoe company.
they still make wonderful shoes.
they were also the first "sneaker" to break the $100 barrier...

Do this :
1) boil some water.( warm, not too hot ok?)
2) put some salt in it.
3) Now put your feet in the water and keep em there til the water temp comes down to room temp.
I hope it helps.

you prob have a pinched nerve... soak it like jas said, then masssage it like everyone else said, and excersice it. i mean, dont jump around or anything, but do soem good stretches and excercises. also if you drink tea such as raspberryleaf or strawberry, that will help as well. juniper tea is the BEST, but its not as tasty as the first two.
