Hello you guys!

Well, a while back I started work on an online portfolio for some projects I had accomplished by then.

I recently thought about a concept for a logo that would go for the name I picked out - purplepidgeon

It's piDgeon because of a funny backstory, and I decided to use the shape of the D to aid me.

These things said, I came up with this logo. It's not finished, it's not polished, but it's roughly what I want it to look like, without making the small adjustments that are needed. Here it is right here:

I know that I'm not very talented as far as drawing goes, but I had no choice (I don't really know anyone who's good at drawing :-S)

So, what do you guys think?

Somehow I don't think a Nazi Pidgeon is the best look for a logo. It could be kind of offensive. Also is feels much more like a clipart picture than a logo.

Might want to rethink where you are going. There are a lot of bird logo's out there that do a nice job, could start by looking at those.

I would loose the background, and thicken the stroke on the bird

but overall it isn't that interesting... maybe make the pigeon gray and the suite white or at least make the feet bigger almost bootlike

Alrightie then :)

Thanks for the replies, guys.

You're both pretty right. Although it isn't finished, graphic-wise, I know it doesn't look at all professional, clean, all of those attributes you'd want your logo to have :) Although I wanted it to be a crossover between Justice and, well, not Nazism per se... Either way, it seems it was a dumb idea to start with.

Thanks for the guidelines, and link, I'll take a look, although I don't know how much good it will do me :)

See you guys around, and thanks for the input, once more.
