you can use a robots.txt file to exclude individual files and/or folders.
just do a search on google for robots.txt

just do a search on google for robots.txt He's not trying to EXCLUDE files from being searched, he's trying to get the search spiders to FIND them from a framed page.
There is no "cure all" for this problem, and the same goes for 100% Flash sites.
If search engine placement is a high priority then it's best to avoid using frames. If redesigning the site without frames isn't an option then try adding links to the individual content pages in the NOFRAMES portion of your frameset.

robots.txt is still not going to be much help on a framed site.
Here's the site that Google themselves suggest reading for those with a framed site http://www.searchenginewatch.com/webmasters/article.php/2167901
NOFRAMES is your friend.
