Drop down menu

I am a new learner of Flash5. I am unable to do a simple drop down menu. Though it is in the tutorial I am unable to download and open file. ???.
Please some one help me to do a vey simple drop down menu , say of two or three boxes, and how to send them to other pages....etc..

The tutorial is made for Flash MX although it should also be doable in F5...

I am referring to SAMPLES ' TRACK AS MENU' in FLASH 5 under
HELP.
I will be happy just to make a simple drop down box
and presto will improve slowly, Thanks Sir ????

ya know... I have no idea what those "track as menu" and whatnot do... sry.. I have never used them! ...
