Hello,
We are looking for an experienced flash developer to support the Austin, Texas based tarneeb.com (http://www.tarneeb.com/) We have successfully hired a member from this forum before and they have been employed with us for 4 months and counting. We are extremely happy with the performance and, as we are still growing, would like to further expand our flash team.
Requirements:
Experienced and extremely comfortable with AS3. Will be working on custom in house technology developing systems from scratch. Mostly massive multiplayer games. Must be comfortable with OOP principles, socket communications and dynamic loading of content. Will be working with a strong team with ambitious ideas who are heavily invested in the projects.
Technical:
1. Advanced AS3 Coding
2. External Data Interaction/Loading (XML, Socket...)
3. MVC design Pattern / Strong OOP knowledge
Operational:
- Pay rate $30 - $40 /hour. Negotiable based on experience.
- Must be able to contribute > 25 hours a week minimum.
- Part time/ Freelance work. No companies. Just freelance individuals please.
- Will be placed through interviews (phone if remote) with our team and must be able to furnish examples of previous work.
- Mostly back-end work but knowledge with graphics/stage is a must to be able to integrate our graphic designers work.
- Looking for a long term commitment. (> 6 months) . We promise you will be busy :)
- Comfortable with English
Time-frame:
Ready to start today. We have started recruiting and will job begins as soon as candidate is found.
