But yes, this is the one. It was in pretty much every paper that I've read over the past few days.

Gee, £8 what a shame. Maybe people will actually start buying these albums now? Lets hope the same 'price-slashing' occures in britain too.

see this is what i don't get. They can affoard to slash the price, yet they keep it high. And it's statistically proven that higher prices provoke an increase in piracy.

and it cost less than $1.00 to actually create a CD, yes they still jack the prices. Its all for the record execs too. The actual artist probably only sees about $3-$5.00 per disc sold (if that) and the rest is for the fat cats. Thats why the prices are high. People kept paying it for a long time and the greedy bastards wanted to make more money...
