I think the menu is really cool :thumb:
some of the content is pretty fun as well :)
not much else to say really - your text font is a bit big imo, I'd probably make it a little smaller. Other than that it's a nice, small, fun site. :)

Nice menu, i like that idea. Yeah fonts a tab big thought. Well done otherwise.

it took me sooo long to get the menu working how i wanted it to, i'm glad somebody else likes it
i figured out how to change the font size on the listboxes. looks much nicer now

it's all actionscript
each square has two possible positions. either as a part of the spinning circle, or in the 7x7 grid in the middle
when the mouse is over one of the buttons, it sets up an array which tells each square whether to travel to it's position in the circle, or it's position in the grid
i don't really know how to explain it better than that

I agree thats a very interesting menu. My only suggestion would be to add some kind of load bar when you click on an option instead of the pic that says loading data. Just so the user knows how far the loading has taken.

I suggest putting navigational links on all your sections, so people don't have to hit the back arrow all the time.

its loading a text file and i'm pretty sure you can't get the bytes loaded or total bytes for that
but if you can, i'd love for someone to enlighten me

yea i was thinking about doing that, but i want it to be super simple and keep buttons to a minumum
