Ok ok, I know most probably I can't but it doesn't hurt to ask.
Is there a way I can change my Kirupa username? :h:
I'm switching everything to something related to my name: email, domain name, forum accounts, web accounts and I don't want to have to stop using my old Kirupa account and open a new one.

You can always change it, but you have to post in the correct forum.
(Forum and Suggestions, but a mod will see it here, might want to tell them your new name)

Plus we'll all give you grief and continue to refer to you by your old name.

^ This is true. :)
Btw, I'm not sure if this is the standard practice or not (correct me if I'm wrong, anybody) but all I needed to do was PM a mod and it was done within a day.

Yes, you just need to PM any mod who you think will agree to change your username. You can also start a thread in the guidelines/suggestions forum, like Templarian said. Once your username is changed, you're supposed to put "formerly known as [your old username]" in your signature or as your user title, but it is basically up to the mod who changed your name to enforce that, since other people might not know exactly when your name changed.
