Better distinguishable URLs?

Would it be possible to change somewhere so you can actually see if there is a link in the post? For instance, the typical underline, or at least change of font or font color.

It seems like underlines show up in the editor, but not once it is published.

I have cleverly hidden a url (http://iqandreas.blogspot.com/) in this post. Try and find it. ;)

Links are especially invisible in 'Cloudy by [you]' - which is my favorite style. They were similarly invisible in 'White by Kitiara', formerly the greatest style of all time.
