dotted lines

I cannot believe it took macromedia this long to realize that we need a dizzamn dotted line tool. Further more I cannot believe PS has not came around. (I hate the work around to achieve it in PS). The dotted line is one of the few reason I still have Paint Shop Pro 7 still installed on my system. I mean come on this proggy cost me 49 buck at Office Depot and it has a friggin dotted line tool. And macromedia's version had better have the ability to make custom dotted lines. Although in an effort to make more money I would not be surprised if they left that out. And added it later to MX 05 and charged 200 bucks for the upgrade. For that reason I will be buying MX 04 FW. Not sure about the full studio yet although the new DW looks tasty. What ya'll think?

hahahah.....pretty much.....But I am in need of a dotted line in FW and I have to do a **** work around....and plus there was no parking in front of my own office....I had to park way in the hell on the other side of Ashby (if you are familiar with berkeley).

I went to MM site and noticed that is a feature now. It should have been there all along. I wish I had my hands on the beta. I sure need a dotted line... ::opens up Paint Shop Pro:: :mumbles obscenities::

I have some dotted/dashed line extensions for fireworks :-\ maybe not the most control over lines but they pretty well. Otherwise Flash dashed lines do it for me when I need them.

The ones I have are more ..ummm lets see, the one set is just styles with 'dotted' lines (not dashes) - evenly spaced out circles or squares along a path and another is a command which makes well pretty much just those style but gives an interface for it. These are only dotted mind you, not dashed - well there can be dashed but they are not contour forming dashed. If they're dashed, they all dash left to right and not with the contour. Anywho, heres an mpx.
