opinion on picture edit

the right chucrch towers with the gradient map on really looks out of place - in terms of color - and the grunge just look likes it dirtys up the image...

i dont know if you could really call this a picture edit. the thing on the right doesnt blend in, and the lines look bad. try blending everything in more, cause you can really see the layer difference.

try to desaturate your picture and add some decent sephiacolor to it, and put the opacity of your "dirt-layer" down to about 40%

the dirt just covers your image to much... and the tower is - as mlk said - out of place...

I think it's supposed to look out of place:) It a nice blend, just the grunge lines are a little exageraged I think, and the orange tower, move it to the left side. Right now everything is on the right, and the left side (because of all the bright grunge lines and the white "sun") looks very empty. It looks like a funky postcard, I like it:)
An idea: instead of just using those grunge lines, use different italian frases, in really small text, to make those lines. So you would still have the lines, but they would be made up of small italian frases.

I like the tower, but I don't think it has an overall consistent theme.

The tower has a "pop art" look and feel to it, while everything else has a "grunge" look.

Don't give up, find an theme you like and stick with it.

I like the idea but I am not feeling the orange tower not because of the color but the orientation. It just does not seem aligned correctly. The grunge is pretty cool but a lil to much of it. If you decrease the grunge a lil bit it will look like a post ard that has been folded and is old and been handled to much. Keep at it tho. But if you like then I love it.

i like the grunge and the way it looks... i would leave it as so, but that's just me! the gradient map tower does look a bit awkward in relation to the rest tho...
