First of all - I thought the core was complete garbage :) so I wont be getting that one, that's for sure! I never did see bullet proof monk - I wonder if it was any good...?

But I think I will get Anger Management, Dady Day Care and Sleeping Beauty (if it's the special edition I heard about it)

According to my friend, this is what bullet proof monk is:

well, you see, there is this guy, and he is good at kicking ***. So he does. Then he trains this other dude to be good at it too. Then they kick alot of *** together. Then they meet up with this hot chick. And the movie ends
SOunds good!

Some of the fight choreography is good. but the story is sh!t. as is the acting. Poor Chow Yun Fat.. I'm trying to count how many (good) hollywood films he's done... it's a low figure let me tell you.. which is a shame..

:sigh:

Wheres Xmen2?? thats should be coming soon to dvd, i'm working on promotions for it at the moment.

and i agree , even looking at advertisments, the core just looks crap, i'm kinda over the whole world is going to end concept.

Bulletproof Monk looks ok, but theres nothing on the list i would purchase.

All the good movies are at the cinemas at the moment, Finding NEMO !!!

This is totally off topic, but Belle in "Sleeping Beauty" is awesome! She's hot for a cartoon!

I thought of it because another Disney classic, "Sleeping Beauty" was mentioned before, and I'm kinda drunk right now!

Carry on with the thread! :O)

Confessions of a Dangerous Mind is very nice! It have a very witty style to it like in a Soderbergh film!

has any one watched "the Spirit Within" ?

Its a animation movie, It had won a award, was told to watch it, was pretty good, weird story line though.

Final Finatasy's story line even on the game is best described on its title: Final Fantasy! The movie didn't get that much since the story did't appeal to the majority! :-\

I meant the "Spirit Away" not final fantasy.

Spirited Away was an excellent film, and if you like it, Kiki's Delivery Service and Castle in the Sky are both worth checking out as well. =) All three are out in stores now. =)

Cheers!

Jeez, talk about planning ahead. I hear ya buddy. I don't know what I'm doing next week, much less what the kids I don't have will want to watch when they're 4. haha, just picking on you man. I like some movies like that, Shrek and Alladin are classic. Someone said to check out Nemo too. :P

Finding Nemo is fantastic - it just made the world record for the most money on an animated film. Crazy.

I just read some review on IGN about the new Sleeping Beauty DVD and that they completley restored the entire movie - something like 48,000 man hours just one restoration - frame by frame. Crazy stuff... but it looks amazing. Looks like something done today they said.
