the second one, the shirt looks good, but the middle sash thing looks too much like a gradient

the hair looks a bit wierd (the colour looks like lots of circles, creating weird shape for the highlights, but that's ok...

i think the top needs a little bit of refining - i like how you changed the colour of the blue to show that the outer top is kinda transparent, but the skin doesn't show that same quality. Also, i *think* the outer top should have a little bit of colour itself (whether it be a dull grey just to show that it's there), especially where it's layered (i.e on the left side where it folds back on itself)
