simple problem with relative addressing

ok I posted something very similar to this a while ago but now I want to put it in a movie clip.

So what I have is 4 movie clips all inside one movie clip but when I roll over one of the 4 movie clips the other three go to a certain alpha setting. I'm pretty sure the problem lies in the way i am adressing the movie clips. Anyways here it is.

fixed it, all i did was replace _root with _parent
