I have a remote server that supports ASP.
Do I need to install "Internet Information Server" on my local machine in order to set up the DSN for my Access database and an ASP form?

No, you do not need to install IIS to set up the DSN on your local machine. However, you will need to contact tech support for the remote server to get the DSN set up there.
