Simple Transiiton Effect

I really like this simple image transition effect and am interested in figuring out if this was a stock effect that I could purchase. I've seen a bunch that have this tile effect however this one has a "raindrop" like effect before the tile which makes it unique. Anyone have any feedback on how to create this and might be willing to give it a shot? I'd be willing to pay.

You can do that effect a number of ways. Easiest to do using programing.

I know it used to be free, although I think you need a license now for any commercial projects. It does have a decent set of easy to use transitions though.

It also has the source available if you wanted to take a look.
